After entering "Name", "Rank", and "Budget" all other fields are completed to look like a filled-out government form.
Each Alpha-Numeric code is randomized.
Each "Authorized Signature" is randomized.
"Item Name" has a drop-down selection that populates all other data on the same line.
Then, the form calculates budget - spent = surplus or deficit.

Class and Organism each have automatic stats assigned to them.
Players can select up to 10 more stat boxes for a total of 14 (at level 1).
PSI dictates knowledge of a Psionic Power.
Level and Class dictate what Features and Upgrades are known. What is known is displayed in the appropriate field.
